About Me
I am graduated in Audiovisual Telecommunication's Systems Engineer at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain) since 2013. Based on my practice with as musician and sound engineer, during my bachelor I collaborated with Music Technology Group (MTG) doing an internship, centered on sound processing to improve the listening music with hearing aids, and my bachelor thesis, that it focused on improving the chroma feature extraction reducing the timbre invariance and assessing the differences between two referencing approaches as Harmonic Pitch Class Profile (HPCP) and Chroma DCT-Reduced log Pitch (CRP). Moreover, my enthusiasm for music brought me to work for more than 8 years with audio systems in music live performance, electronic music composition, audio recordings or others fields related. Immediately after my graduation, I was enrolled in to do an internship at SETEM (Barcelona), a company dedicated to repair musical electronics instruments and audio devices. There I was in charge of guarantee's department. In 2014, I did a Master course at MTG - Sound and Music Technology which I have passed at September 2015. Nowadays, I am collaborating in different projects and developing my own Android applications in order to tracing new ways between technology, music and art .
On this site, I published about my research, programming tips and some projects focus on: digital signal processing, audio real-time applications, spectral analysis, acoustics measurements, pattern recognition, sensors and data acquisition.
